3. Service Requests and Scheduling

• Service requests can be made through our AI assistant Canny or by contacting our team directly
• Delivery and pickup times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, or other factors
• You must ensure adequate access to the service location for our vehicles and equipment
• Cancellations or schedule changes should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible

4. Acceptable Use of Containers

When using our containers, you agree to:

• Not exceed the container's weight limit or fill line
• Not dispose of prohibited materials including hazardous waste, chemicals, batteries, tires, appliances, electronics, or medical waste
• Keep the container on your property or in an approved location
• Not move the container once placed without our approval
• Ensure safe access to the container for pickup

5. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing is provided at the time of service request and may vary based on container size, rental duration, and location
• Additional fees may apply for overage weight, prohibited materials, extended rental periods, or dry runs
• Payment is due according to the terms specified at the time of service
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

6. AI Assistant (Canny)

Our AI assistant Canny is designed to help with service inquiries and scheduling. By using Canny:

• You understand that Canny is an AI system and may not always provide perfect responses
• You agree that conversations may be recorded and used to improve our services
• For complex issues, our human team may need to follow up with you

7. Liability Limitations

• We are not liable for damage to driveways, lawns, or other surfaces that may occur during normal delivery and pickup operations
• You are responsible for any damage to our containers or equipment while in your possession
• We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trashy Trash and its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Trashy Trash and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Privacy
